The Benziger Group focuses on characterization of polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cell components and integrating those components into a fuel cell system for various applications. By fully understanding the currently available fuel cell components and suggesting optimal configurations we can contribute to improved fuel cell operation of both current and future systems.
The Benziger Group is dedicated to outreach programs to students within and outside Princeton University. We commonly have Princeton undergraduates participating in research as well as Research Experience for Undergraduate (REU) participants. In addition to undergraduate students, we often have high school teachers performing experiments through the Research Experience for Teachers (RET)
